We are looking for a professional who is highly motivated to create and develop a CRM strategy through a creative approach to managing a target auditory of the campaigns. The position holder will be a part of the Sales team and will work together with Sales executive, ensuring the flow of potential leads of a high quality through online marketing, facebook Adds and Google Adwords, to boost acquisitions, increase conversion, improve retention and lead generation.

What will you do? Role highlights

  • Manage CRM in order to optimize the work of a Sales team
  • Develop strategy of qualification of the database
  • Develop strategy of reactivation of the database
  • Measure the results and evaluate proposals of improving the process
  • Manage the database and CRM data, solving any problem that arise during the implementation of CRM campaigns
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in terms of traffic acquisition, conversion, retention and income to the Performance Team Manager
  • Work closely with the Acquisition manager of the sales team
  • Understand deeply a customer base through data analysis, segmentation and data.

Experience and skills required:

  • 2+ years of experience in CRM / marketing data / email marketing
  • Firsthand experience in developing and implementing a successful CRM strategy
  • HubSpot knowledge is a must

  • Native/Advanced English

  • Knowledge of Asian market is an advantage

  • Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of lead generation process and data
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prospective vision to anticipate problems, set priorities and proactively develop rong internal and external relationship
  • Creative and initiative personality.
