We’re looking for a dependable, people-focused, hands-on, and customer-centric professional who is experienced in leading, coaching, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams. A person with a proven track record leading support teams in a fast growing environment. 


What will you do?  Role highlights

  • Administrative support for the Business Unit

  • Help coordinate document management proceses

  • Entering data into the database. Running reports from same.

  • Assist in the coordination of document management policies, protocols, and practices.

  • Verify the data quality and share with mains stakeholders

  • Supervise the data use from the team

  • Coordinate changes and upgrades of department database

  • Communicate these changes to the team for appropriate implementation

  • Ensure excellent working relations are established, maintained with key interface areas within the business

  • Ensure that all work is completed in line with company processes and procedures.

Job requirements

  • Professional use Excel and Word
  • Diligent and thorough in review and entry of data
  • Self-motivated with good organizational skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a professional approach and work on own initiative or in a team
  • Experience with data management and documentation
  • High english level: C1
  • Hubspot / CRM will be consider as a plus
