Mr Jeff (www.mrjeffapp.com) is a Valencia-based tech start-up that is revolutionising the world of online laundry. We have more than 1000 franchises across South America and Spain, recently launching our services in South East Asia. We are a passionate and dynamic team of more than 300 committed professionals, looking for the best way give our customers more free time, and of course: to offer the best online laundry service in the world!
Mr Jeff customers can contact our hubs via our app and website, freeing them from the hassle of daily washing, drying and ironing. We will will make sure that your clothes are delivered to your door as pristine as the day you bought them. So sit back, relax and enjoy your day!

We are looking for passionate Jeffs who are ready to change things in the Partners team at our headquarters. We want a new colleague to join the Mr Jeff family who is not only a professional in this area but also passionate about technology and the start-up world.
We are looking for a Translation Manager with a communication background with vast and solid experience in translation, Spanish and/or English language proficiency is required, plus another language. Translations Manager will be leading our Translations Team, therefore experience as a team leader will be a plus. She or he also will be responsible of leading a team of translators, allowing Mr Jeff brand to grow and expand all over the world.

What will you do at Mr Jeff?
Lead, motivate and coordinate the Translations team, assigning tasks, setting deadlines and quality standards aligned with Mr Jeff’s procedures, policies and values.
Coordinate translations needs with different stakeholders to assure all the material is translated and available on time, prioritizing according to business needs.
Establish performance goals and develop action plans for team members.
Translate material dedicated to our franchisees. (Franchise manuals, technical sheets, weekly newsletters and press releases).
Guide Translations team by setting clear processes and guidelines, setting the team for success.
Constantly propose and execute improvements related to the translation team's work system.
Manage translation work and assignments.
Follow up new countries launchings, ensuring all the relevant content is available in the right languages.
